"10 family members adults, young kids and an 11 year old. The house was lovely, large with something for everybody. We want to make it a yearly vacation moving forward. Neighborhood quite close to everything. You won’t be disappointed with this property. "

The location is also great - a little quieter, but still very close to everything in Scottsdale. "I needed to come down to Tempe for an interview on Tuesday. I live in Kingman. Steve at Ryan Villa, was beyond my wildest expectation. Detail upon detail in this perfectly size 2 bedroom, black and white with gold over toes. Fluffy white quality towels. Neighborhood was so quiet. And those king size beds. Heaven. I was so grateful to find this place. Much better than a hotel stay. Thank you, Ryan for having such."
