"We absolutely loved this house. It takes 20-25 mins to get to downtown Nice, but we loved hanging out by the pool and the wonderful views. If your looking for a nice peaceful place this is the one. The owners were awesome and you can tell they take pride in their house. We would take trips into town during the day to see the sights then hang out at night and swim."

"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house in Beaulieu-sur-Mer! The home itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the train station, making it super easy to get to Nice, Monaco, and Menton and other places around. "Beautiful villa in a lovely location with the nearest town of Gien only a couple of minutes drive or a short 10 minute walk. Walking distance to beach too. Villa was very clean and offered plenty of space and the garden and pool was lovely with loungers, table and chairs for outdoor dining. Kitchen had all the basics you needed for a holiday and the bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and one bathroom also had a bath. Social lounge area with TV. The only negative was the lack of WIFI. "Lovely clean villa. Well equipped with everything you need. Communiction with owners very easy considering my French, ashamably, is very poor. You'll need a car but just a 10 minute drive from the port where there are some lovely restaurants, and same distance to clean sandy beach. A great relaxing holiday."
