Clean and Basic

"Close to Shin-Sekai and very conveniently located. Some features were less than we we expected such as shared bathroom not on every floor, shower only on the ground floor, no night lamp but only the ceiling light. It's durable as a basecamp only to sleep."

"Check-in needs to be faster, and the lobby temperature should be colder. Standing in line while sweating isn’t enjoyable. Also the televisions are from 2013 with no smart features. That’s pathetic for a five star hotel! Service staff were helpful and friendly and the food/bar options are great."
