"Loved the spaciousness, bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The 2nd floor bathroom with the tub-shower looked broken and was not usable. AC worked great; family was plenty comfortable, pool was tiny but nice and refreshing. SPI was very accommodating, prompt to get things fixed, and quite courteous. The floors were pretty filthy like not having been mopped, but this is a beach house after all and probably hard to keep clean. Locks were not working on doors so we had to block doors somehow for privacy going poddy or taking a shower . TVs were great and working with big screens. There was a coffee pot but we went and bought a Keurig as we brought our kcups with us. House overall needs work as the floors in the kitchen are all buckling and bowing, but we worked around it. Had 2 sets of keys and a garage door opener that was very convenient. We had our family of 11, which included 5 grandchildren from 2 years old up to 14 years old, 2 grandparents, and two sets of parents. Would stay here again!"

"Our entire family celebrated my Mom’s 80th bday and we couldn’t have asked for a better location and property. The size was perfect for us and we appreciated having bathrooms for each bedroom since there were multiple families and many different ages. Be aware there are many steps to the bedroom areas. Only one bedroom with double beds on main floor and that bathroom is shared with main floor. The views from second and third floor are amazing! "
