"Property is right on the beach which is awesome! Pool was a bit smaller than expected, breakfast was a nice addition, could have used more staff at the front desk and gift shop area. Cleaning staff was great! Out of hand soap for the week which was tough and not enough pillows for the person using the pullout bed. Surprised with the $10/day parking fee which was a bummer. Our view was amazing! Be prepared for some lively music on the weekends. "

"Hotel was mostly clean, some weird smells in the rooms. Most staff were friendly, though a few seemed like they may have been having days and were short or rude on a few occasions. "

"We had a great stay here! We loved the direct access to the beach, awesome pool, and the food onsite at Barry’s bistro/beach bar was well priced and some of the best we had! The rooms were cleaned and while not a brand new hotel, they have updated it so it feels refreshed. They are pet friendly so there were lots of dogs, which was a first for us to see so many in a hotel but luckily there was not a ton of barking."

"Beautiful house and property. House has everything you need including a fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and furniture. Having a bathroom with every bedroom was so convenient with our large group. A few changes would have made the experience perfect. Recommend adding additional furniture outside for seating, including more than one set of pickle ball racquets and most importantly having a few sets of beach chairs to use. Since the beach is private, there aren’t any options at the beach. "

"This has been the 5th year we've come back to SPI and the 4th year at the tiki. We recommend the property to everyone! Every experience has been top knotch. This year was no different. The condo was fantastic for my family and I. The space was perfect and very accommodating. 6 adults and 3 grand kids with ease. Everyone had their own space and we felt comfortable not crowded. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. Lots of extras we didn't expect. And fully appreciate. The location to the pools and beach fantastic. Also communication with the host was perfect. They were able to accomidate our flight changes and very flexible.. 10/10 highly recommend. We can't wait to come back. Thank you for providing a wonderful welcoming space for family memories. "
