Completely remodeled in summer of 2023, stocked with brand new furniture and amenities! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located home. Less than a 1-minute walk to the beach and walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. This family friendly home sleeps 16 and has a private pool and two balconies. Each staircase has a chair escalator for those that have difficulty with stairs.
The space
Kitchen is fully loaded with essentials to prepare yummy meals with lots of space, large pantry, a dining table that seats 10 people, and 4 counter stools at the Island.

Spacious Living Room with 1 Sleeper Sofa and 1 Regular Sofa. Massive 70" TV with Roku.

Powder Room off kitchen and living room.

The pool is private. You can access the pool from the 1st floor bedroom or by walking down a small flight of stairs off the 2nd floor living room.

You will have access to the entire house. (except for 2 owner's closets)
Other things to note
This is not a party house!
No parties or events allowed on the property. No unregistered guests may stay overnight at the property. We don't mind visits, but please don't abuse it!

Please review our house rules and make sure everyone in your group agree to them. If the house rules are not respected, we will ask you to leave immediately no refund for unused days and additional charges may apply.

Please note: If the majority of the adults in your group are under 25 we require an additional refundable damage deposit.

Our home is not just an investment property. We love the beach and lived on the Island for 10 years. After leaving we missed it and decided to buy a 2nd home so that we can use it and rent to others to enjoy. We put our hearts and souls into this house to make it beautiful, comfortable, accommodating and fun for every group any time of the year.
