The home also hosts a fully equipped kitchen which includes appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with cookware and dinnerware to make meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy your meals indoor or take them outside to the patio for al fresco dining. There are many great restaurants close by, but if you have a desire to cook at home, you will find everything you need.
This beach house retreat is perfect for families or groups, accommodating up to 16 guests in comfort and style. This family-sized space is divided into several floors, including a separate one-bedroom apartment with a private entrance on the first floor of the house, giving everybody room to spread out. Enjoy the game room with foosball table, air hockey table, TV and plenty of indoor and outdoor games! Want to unwind after a fun filled day at the beach? There are 2 balconies with firework views! Then head back inside to end the night with a variety of board games and books!

The home waas super spacious and convent distance from the beach and stores! The owner and workers kept checking in and wasn’t hard to get in contact with ! Def will be back nd recommended I LOVED IT!!

Overall it's a decent house. Pretty big just wish the mattress were better quality and more comfortable. Kitchen lacked can opener and a decent knife set. Home was clean at check in. The beach was a 3-4minute walk away that was very nice.

Perfect for family vacation
We had our entire family join us . This consists of 4 families . My sister with her daughter, my brother,his wife and there 3 children, my other brother,his wife,there 2 children,me ,my husband and my mother. Each family had their own space. It was really nice. One family was upstairs on the 3ed floor. One Family in the downstairs apartment on the first floor . And in the main part of the house on the 2nd floor was 2 bedrooms one for me and my husband and the other for my mom,sister and niece. So comfortable and spacious. There is no washer or dryer. But it's vacation so just pack enough for the week and you will be fine. The beach is definitely within walking distance about a 7 minute walk right down the street. Shops ,food,drinks & fun ALL within walking distance. We had a blast! I would recommend this property to friends & family

We didn’t care for SPI. There wasn’t much to do, the restaurants were nothing special, feels as if the island is run down and not cared for. For our family vacation we wouldn’t recommend.

Great find!!
Spacious and elegant house.
One thing to note is that the lower room is disconnected from rest of the house - you need to go outside and up the stairs to reach the main living room, not a big deal but if weather is bad it's an inconvenience.

Need little more improvement on the appliances (coffee maker/washer and dryer/and hot pot). Sink on the bottom bathroom does not drain.
The communication with Vacasa property management was very poor. The property is out dated. The drawers and cabinets are falling apart. There are cockroaches and were crawling inside the refrigerator. The washer and dryer are downstairs in the garage which is filthy. The appliances are filthy. If you are the owner of this prooerty, please know that it is being mishandled.
When we checked in, we saw cockroaches in the dining area and later in the night we saw in the family hall and kitchen area.not only that, few other issues listed below,1. it is listed as for 17 guest, but it is not suitable, there is another room on the ground called guest room with 3 beds.2. The additional blankets were stinky, maybe due to the roaches3. there was no paper rolls, normally we have seen one extra in the bathroom, but none4. in one bathroom, the hot water and cold water knobs were interchanged, not the standard one can expect5. there was no large dining table to accommodate the # of guests it is listed for.Request to process a refund as we did not have a good experience.let me know if you need additional details, i can share pictures/videos of the cockroaches in the property.

Needs TLC and Repairs
The location was good…a short walk to the beach. BUT, there’s no washer or dryer and several things were broken. One item was a safety concern. First floor bathroom sink doesn’t work. The dishwasher had to be put together every day to use it. The “keurig” side of the coffee pot didn’t work and the electric skillet didn’t work. Many dishes taken from the cabinets had to be washed prior to using. The biggest issue was the glass shower door fell on my grandson. (It’s a miracle it didn’t break.) Vacasa’s response to our initial call was to compensate us a little over $60 for the missing washer/dryer. That wasn’t sufficient… This could be a great house if someone would fix/replace everything properly.
Was in south padre for my daughters wedding. I had my brother, my Dad , 2 daughters , my son and some of my grandkids with me.. Short walk to the beach. Great place for my family!
Pros: Easy accessibility to beach, good neighborhood, ample parking place, cozy beds for large members, chill AC, plenty of front and backyard outdoor spaces, personal touches on walls, good for money, helpful property management by provided additional utensils on request, recommend for large family/friends.
Cons: Must upgrade Dryer and Dishwasher to work properly, need floor mats on the kitchen/Indoor area & include additional utensils. Explain the 4th bedroom details/accessibility on the website clearly. [ 1 bedroom with bath,small dining in the lower level]
Overall value for money, nice location and recommended for large group.

Vacasa saved the day!
After AirBandB screwed my sister over calling two hours before check in to say we couldn’t have a house, I took control and called Vacasa and got a wonderful house to stay in that made our vacation the vacation perfect! Will always recommend them especially for South Padre Island!
We had three families with five children renting this place. The place was nicely maintained, stocked with essentials, nice kitchen and bedrooms. The host was helpful and responsive. We had good time here and recommend it.
