  • This gorgeous South Padre Island beach townhouse is a spacious upscale modern home. It is the perfect location for family gatherings or a large group of friends. It comfortably sleeps 16+ people and you'll love being only a 1/2 block or a 5 minute walk (with little feet) to the sandy beach of South Padre Island! If you desire boating or other watercraft activities, the boat ramp is literally across the street! Super convenient for boats, jets skis, and other watercraft! Need parking? This property accommodates up to 6 vehicles including a 2 car garage, but feel free to skip driving since you are within walking distance to restaurants (30 second walk), shops, entertainment, coffee shop and the only gym on the island. After a long day of fun in the sun create a BBQ masterpiece with the propane BBQ grill. Kids and adults alike can chill out watching any of the new 4 large flat screen TVs, check email with the FREE WiFi, play the PS4 game system, or just take in the view while relaxing on the balcony overlooking the Bay. No taxes for leases over 30 days. Signed lease agreement and photo ID for short or long term rental is required for access to the property unless utilizing a booking platform. Please note that an 17 percent city/county/venue tax will be added to all bookings.
