    - Front and back balconies (Watch fireworks from both sides!). Front balcony has 2 Kanyon Living Adirondack swivel gliders! Back balcony has 2 Kanyon Living Bar Height Swivel Chairs!

    - Fully stocked kitchen (Upstairs on 2nd floor) with silverware, utensils, pots, pans and dishware.

    - Full size fridge both in the kitchen and in the garage! Icemaker/water dispenser do not work. However, there is a counter top ice maker that you can use by filling with bottled water and turning it on so it will make ice cubes.

    - Coffee Bar Keurig K-Cup coffee maker with assorted K-Cups!

    - Kitchen Island has USB-A and USB-C charging port

    - Dog friendly! Typically, max 2 dogs but exceptions can be made. Please specify number of dogs, breed and size (pounds). *Fees Apply*
