This South Padre Island rental property was designed to accommodate a large number of people with total comfort!

The living room, dining area, kitchen, and bunk bedroom are located on the 1st floor.

The bunk room features two full-size bunk beds with bedding to accommodate eight (8) children.

The kitchen is very spacious with lots of cabinetry for easy storage.
It is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
This kitchen has everything you need to prepare an unforgettable family meal.
The large dining room table, bar seating, and outside patio seating provide plenty of areas for guests to enjoy a meal at the house.

Great for multi family groups

Excellent location on the north side of the island within walking distance to the beach. The house was beautiful and spacious with a very nice pool space in the back. Great for multi family groups since there are 3 king beds! I'd go back.

We loved our stay this past weekend at the island. The home had plenty of space for our large group. The only issue was the size of the pool, it was nice but it was too small for the amount of people the has can accommodate. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

Really liked the layout of this unit. Worked really well to house my family and a few groomsmen. Unit was clean and was nicely stocked. Only thing we struggled with was understanding how to heat the pool.., but grandsons enjoyed anyway - being from PA - the water was warmer than what we experience at home this time of the year.

Wonderful stay!

Our entire group enjoyed the property! It is a short walk to the beach which was very convenient when we wanted the teens to be able to walk back and forth alone. The pool and hot tub were a nice addition. The beds were all very comfortable. We loved the large dining table and all the seating options. Great for a large group! The kitchen is pretty well stocked but could benefit from some organizing. Overall it is a beautiful property and we would stay here again! Thanks SPI rentals!

Great Experience

This was one of a kind vacation! There were 6 adults and 5 kids ranging from 10 and to 20 years old. The accommodations were perfect! Plenty of space with an enjoyable atmosphere. The beach was so close and safe we didn't mind the younger kids walking back and forth. Perfection is hard to beat and there were a few very minor issues that were resolved with one phone call. We all agreed this could be an annual event for our family!

Nice rental, walkable to the beach

This was a nice rental. Perfect size for our party of 10. Easy to locate, easy to get into, walkable to the beach. A nice pool and hot tub. The house was clean but wasn't spotless. Had to wash off some of the tables and outside furniture. Kitchen was missing a few items but had most stuff. They have a good amount of outside furniture but it is not comfortable. The plastic chairs need some cushions or new chairs. We likely would rent again.

Relaxing and Inviting

Great home to have a small family reunion! Everyone had a very relaxing and enjoyable week. Since we only had two out of four days of nice weather, it was great to have the space to hang out together, enjoy home cooked meals and plenty of TVs for everyone to watch things together. The additional balconies and bathrooms for each bedroom gave everyone the privacy and space to retreat when quiet time was needed. The management responded very quickly to every request. The house itself was very spacious and decorated beautifully, making our time together very enjoyable. We might have to make this an annual tradition!

Amazing!

This place was amazing from the bedrooms each having their own bathroom and tv, to the kitchen being fully stocked and the large table with lots of chairs. The place also provides a grill with propane. The condo has enough toiletries to get you started but depending on how long you will stay you might need to buy more. The pool is a little bit smaller than it seems in the pictures but it also has the jacuzzi on the side, and the pool is okay for children 6 and older while being supervise. The condo also has table games, my fam and I spend time during our stay completing the 1000 pieces puzzle, we had lots of fun. My only recommendation will be to put some blinds on the doors next to the living room because during the day the light hits the tv and from one of the sofas we could see the glare. Other than that it's a beautiful condo with walking distance to the beach.

Wow, this house went over our expectations. Beautiful house with beautiful furniture and everything you need for a great vacation. Highly recommended
