Welcome to 106 E. Oleander! This picturesque, two-story beach house was remodeled in 2019 and features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a semi-open kitchen, living and dining area. The front door opens to the ground level of the home. This floor features two of the guest bedrooms, as well as a guest bathroom & the laundry room with a washer & dryer. The first bedroom is equipped with two sets of bunk beds with full-size beds on the bottom and twin size beds on the top. The room has a flat-screen TV and can sleep 6 children or teenagers comfortably. The second guest room entails two full-size beds and a flat-screen TV.

The second level of this spacious beach house features the bright kitchen, dining and living area, as well as the third guest room and Master suite. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator with icemaker, built-in microwave, dishwasher, oven & stove. The cabinetry is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes & utensils and the large center island countertop provides ample space to make delicious home-cooked meals! The living room is just off the kitchen and dining area. The flat-screen TV is surrounded by a comfortable living room set where you can sit back and relax, or entertain family & friends. Just down the hall, you'll find the third guest bedroom that features a queen-size bed and flat-screen TV, as well as the second guest bathroom. Slip away into your elegant Master bedroom! Featuring a comfortable king-+size bed, large flat-screen TV, spacious master bathroom & a private balcony perfect for morning coffee, or reading a book under the sun, you'll indulge in the much need relaxation you've been looking for!

Accommodating up to 14 guests, 106 E. Oleander features a newly built private pool and hot tub! Enjoy laps around the sparkling pool, soaking in the hot tub, or an afternoon of grilling and laying out poolside with family & friends! When you're ready to put your toes in the sand and gaze at the ocean for miles and miles, South Padre Island's beautiful beach is just a block from your door!

Every stay at 106 E. Oleander includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.

House was close to the beach. The house was clean and updated and worked perfect for the group that we went with. Love the pool and hot tub. Fast and easy. Check-in/checkout. Really nice house

Over all this house is beautiful, management was awesome! We had issues with the pool heating the day we got there and they sent someone out there to check it out right away. Didn't have any issues when checking in and everything went really smooth. Will definitely stay there again.

Nice but needs updated living room furniture

The location and surrounding area is great. However, the furniture within the unit, specifically the living room area is horrendous and out of date! We felt we were sitting on springs and wood! It definitely needs to be updated. Other than that, 5 stars would've been my rating.

Excellent property, very family friendly! We had 2 families (total of 5 kids all under 9) and grandparents staying in this house. The house was perfect for us with the bunk bed room. It was very close to the beach and the pool/patio in the back was wonderful. The staff was also very responsive to quickly address a maintenance issue we had, excellent customer service! The only thing we didn't love was the very first bedroom right next to the entryway/door was the bunk room, with younger kids we were concerned about one of them opening the door without an adult knowing. If they would put locks higher up on the door, we wouldn't have been as concerned about that. Otherwise this property was perfect! We would highly recommend.

Loved this place.. The pool and hot tub were the selling point for us!!! A couple notes. Apparently before we checked in the steps up to the deck in the pool area were replaced. The old rotted boards and the old rusty nails were left in our pool area for the entire week we were there. We spent a morning picking up nails as they were scattered throughout the area. Was a pretty big eyesore that didn't really seem necessary, the Maintenace person came a few times for lawn care and pool care, you would have thought he would have picked up that mess of rotten wood. The other thing was more for you, we washed a load of towels one day and they would not dry, we ended up going outside and the dryer vent was packed full of lint outside and you could not even feel any air passing. A HUGE fire hazard for such a gorgeous home.

Perfect Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family walking distance to beach access, beautiful pool, and very clean house. We had 2 families stay here with 3 toddlers and 1 infant it was perfect for the family. If anybody plans to stay here with a 1-2 year old I recommend bringing a baby gate for the stairs on kitchen level. Overall highly recommend for the family. We plan to stay again next year.

Beach week 2025

This is the 10th year we as grandparents host Beach week . The weather was perfect we even got to experience the turtle release . The house was excellent ,the kitchen had everything and more that we needed ,the pool was amazing-enjoyed by all . We really did like that they had a grill we were able to use as well . A+

The house was very nice especially the pool. Only issues were that the ice maker didn't work and the master bath has no towel racks or hooks. Also it would be helpful if you could let guests know when the garbage is picked up. Otherwise your service is great!
