Welcome to the "Aquadesiac," your very own slice of paradise on South Padre Island! This spacious retreat boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 18 guests with ease and making it the perfect vacation home for large families or groups of friends. The "Aquadesiac" is nestled within a few blocks from all of the local restaurants, shops and entertainment venues South Padre Island has to offer. A mere 4-5 minute walk from your doorstep to the sandy shores ensures endless enjoyment on the beach!

You will love the high-quality coastal decor, large bedrooms, open concept kitchen and more! The living room provides you and your guests with comfortable seating around a flat screen TV and is complemented by a dining area for 10. The adjacent kitchen is open concept and has additional seating for 4 at the bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with dinnerware, cooking utensils, and modern appliances for all of your culinary endeavors. The Master bedroom features a King Size bed and flat screen TV, as well as access to the 2nd floor deck. The en-suite Master bathroom entails two sinks, a large soaking tub and a separate shower. Additional guests have the choice between the second bedroom featuring a Queen size bed and flat screen TV, the third bedroom equipped with two Queen size beds and a flat screen TV, or the fourth bedroom with two full size bunk beds. The home also provides you with a washer and dryer, as well as a ping pong table in the garage for

Outside, your very own private pool beckons! The pool area offers you and your guests loungers and a shaded dining area. Plus, it's heated in winter!

Every stay at 129 E Jupiter includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.

Beach gear included! We've partnered with VayKLife, a beach gear delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to our guests! All gear is delivered to your property on your arrival and picked up hassle-free when you depart!

Such a fun property. Easy walk to the beach, ping pong, video games, and our own private pool. We also got to bring our two small dogs. I’d stay here again and recommend it to any group.

Overall a good property. Close to beach, clean, and as advertised. Only issue was lack of hot water. Although the property manager made efforts to correct the problem, we never had hot water during our stay. We did receive a partial refund.

Great space!

It was a great space for everyone to have privacy yet we experienced a ton of family time in all the seating spaces and the pool also. My kids caught pompano, stingray, whiting, and bluefish right off the beach and had a blast ocean fishing!

Family Summer Trip

The house looked exactly like what was in the pictures. It was clean and beautifully decorated. It was spacious enough to fit us all. The beds were comfortable. The pool was a perfect size. We loved how close we were to the public access to the beach. It was a very short walk to two different beach access points. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table in the evenings when it was cool enough. Thank you for an amazing stay. We had everything we needed to make great family memories.

Love this House!!

Our family had an amazing vacation while staying in this house. It was a great house for the 13 of us. We have stayed with SPI for 5 years and have never been disappointed. We like the location of the house, the walk to the beach is very short. The house was perfect and exactly what we expected. Our family is growing so we may have to look at larger houses but will for sure stay in this one again when the opportunity comes up.

The Perfect Family Spot!

Our annual family beach trip to SPI was so much fun, thanks to this amazing VRBO rental. The layout of the house was perfect for the adults to relax upstairs while the kids had fun watching movies on the bunk beds. The upper-level decks were great for enjoying the sea breeze and watching our family swim below. And while the pool water was rather warm, the pool was very clean, and our kids had a blast playing in it. The home is in the perfect location, between two beach access points and a beautiful butterfly garden, but not too close to beach bars or big crowds. Its title says it all, and we would gladly stay there again.

Good size property First night wasn’t overall happy as the property hadn’t been cleaned as well as we had hoped and the room with the bunk beds needed sheets changing etc. we contacted spi rentals and they then dropped off clean bedding but of course this shouldn’t of needed to be done. Pool nice size Close to beach etc Over all happy.

Beautiful House

The house size was perfect for our family. Location was nice. Walking distance to local beach. Unfortunately the house could have been a little bit cleaner but the most disgusting part was finding blood on the comforter. My poor daughter ended sleeping on the dirty comforter until I identified the dried blood. Management cleaned the comforter right away but was not very apologetic . Otherwise we really enjoyed our time.

Great week stay in SPI!

We were pleased with the property! First and foremost, we loved the location to the beach! It was an easy less than 3 min walk! (I also highly recommend SPI equipment rental! They delivered our beach items and picked them back up! So easy and very helpful!!) The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the large table allowed for our family of 10 to all eat together! It was nice that there were many areas to relax on the huge (almost) wrap around porch! The heated pool was where we spent most of our time! The house had a nice 2 floor layout, however, we travelled with a 1 year old, so it was a little tricky keeping him away from the downstairs steps. (The baby gate we found in garage wasn’t quite big enough to fit). When we called and asked, we were told that a pack n play and high chair were not included in our rental, so we brought our own… Turned out they did have them, which would have really made our travels/packing easier to not have to have had to bring them. And lastly- the kids all LOVED that the house was teal! Overall- we had a great stay and would recommend this property to others!
