Welcome to the "Seaduction," your private paradise on South Padre Island! Offering a private heated pool, 4 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms, and accommodating up to 18 guests total - the Seaduction is perfect for large families or groups! A perfectly-situated vacation rental, lies steps from the beach, only a few blocks from the best beach bar on the island, but also only a short walk to restaurants and shops. Just a 4-5 minute walk from the front door to the sand!

The living room has 3 beautiful sofas as well as comfortable chairs with ottomans – plenty of seating! Twelve people can comfortably dine at the beautiful table, while an additional four can sit at the nearby bar. Both upstairs bedrooms have king beds as well as space for comfy seating and TVs. The upstairs bedrooms are both king suites with private bathrooms. The two bedrooms downstairs have access to a shared oversized bathroom with private toilet room. Seaduction's kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, glassware, flatware for crowds; all the cooking equipment, utensils you could ask for; and all the regular small appliances one looks for in a nice vacation home. There will be ample room for all your food and beverages in the two full-size refrigerators. There is a propane grill at the property for guest use.

The cheerful atmosphere of this vacation rental home is reflected through the art, photos, and decor from each of these destinations and other tropical inspiration.The Seaduction has a beautiful swimming pool (heated in cooler weather) with plenty of chaise lounges and a dining set on the shaded patio. You will find a shower (hot and cold water) outside as you enter the pool area from the front fence gate. Young children will love the large shallow shelf; a perfect place for the little ones to play while others relax on a nearby lounger. There is a Ping Pong Table in the garage – especially great to have in case of a rainy day!

Every stay at 127 E Jupiter includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.

Beach gear included! We've partnered with VayKLife, a beach gear delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to our guests! All gear is delivered to your property on your arrival and picked up hassle-free when you depart!

Beautiful!

Beautiful home, with excellent heated pool. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Bedrooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, and living and dining room seated everyone in our group. Will definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

Amazing house! We will rent it again!

We had a great time!! It was a beautiful house at an amazing location!! Close to everything - the beach, the restaurants, shopping, rentals!! Great layout of the house was a plus for us!! And was very clean!! Had ample space!! The master bedrooms were awesome and so was the kids room with bunk beds!! Overall we think this is an amazing house and we will rent it again!!

Our extended family had a wonderful time at the Seaduction! There was lots of room for us to spread out in the house and plenty of room for us to eat meals together in the large dining room. We really enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to the beach. Definitely recommend!

Family Vacation

Overall a fantastic home and location. We loved how close it was to the beach and other activities. The house was super clean, spacious, the beds were comfy, and it had everything we needed for our five nights. Check in was a tad messy because the key code we were given didn’t work, but they responded quickly and it was fixed right away.

Perfect South Padre Vacation

Seaduction was the most perfect setting for our South Padre getaway. We had 6 adults and 5 children and there was room for more if we had needed. Everything we needed was there and location-wise it was centrally located to all the best restaurants and an easy block walk to the beach. If we return to SPI we will definitely look into renting Seaduction again. Thank you!

We would definitely book this place again.

We loved the open floor plan, large bedrooms & fabulous back yard with pool. There was plenty of room for our family to relax and spend time together. Kitchen was stocked with dishes and supplies for cooking meals, beverages & snacks. Our dogs enjoyed our watching the sunrise walks on the beach which was less than two minute walk from the front door. The location was walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely book this place again. It's the perfect size for our family.

Perfect holiday retreat for family

We were a family of 10 adults and 6 children ranging in ages 1-9 yrs old. Everyone was comfortable and it never felt crowded. The host responded within minutes when contacted for information. The pool was clean and warm so the kiddos had a blast. The beach is approx 2.5 blocks away and it was so peaceful. The restaurants are within walking distances and there is several options. All around i would definitely recommend this rental and will definitely go back. Happy Holidays!

Great family experience.

Overall this is a great house and location. Very roomy and proximity to beach is amazing. A little off main road so noise is no issue but easy to get anywhere in town. Only thing was pool cleaning and yard workers came while we were there. Otherwise this would be a 5 star experience. I would highly recommend.

Perfect

We loved our time at the “Seaduction”. We had a little hiccup with the door code when we first arrived. We called SPI and it was fixed very quickly! The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was beautiful and so close to the beach! Only things I would change: more bath towels. We are a family of 8 and washed them a lot to get through our time there. Also the dryer took a very long time to dry clothing. I highly recommend the home. From the first phone call to rent this home to our last moments there, I was impressed with SPI rentals staff and the properties. Thank you so much! We had a great time!

Amazing Stay

This property was perfect. The house is very roomy. The property was clean and had all the essential things needed in the kitchen. Plenty of clean towels. Check in and out was extremely easy. This House has everything, absolutely beautiful and spacious. We ate our dinners on the second floor porch overlooking the pool. It was very clean, and lots of room for everyone. We asked if the pool could be heated a bit more and immediately within 15-20 minutes someone showed up. The beach was a short walk, our favorite restaurant was also close by. My family enjoyed our stay and will look for this home on our next visit.

Family Reunion

We were a family of six adults and four children. We had plenty of space to spread out and the private pool was a lot of fun. We appreciated the outdoor shower after spending time at the sandy beach. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean upon check in. It was great to have a washer and dryer. The kitchen could be better equipped. Having cream and sugar for the coffee would have been nice. We really needed scissors but we couldn't find any. The house was perfect for a family reunion, and it was convenient to be walking distance to the beach.

Easy 2 minute walk to beach, Great for families.

Our family is 6 adults, 5 children. Ages 9 to 14 We loved having the large table of 12 for meals, casual comfortable seating in the living room. Very relaxing place. Check in was easy, with code, bedrooms were lovely. Large bathrooms & closets, extra bath towels,so nice. Bring your own beach towels, for pool and beach. Garage had extra beach chairs which was so helpful, ping pong for the kids, noticed a high chair, & pack and play, also. Bring your own pool toys. Sand buckets, etc. Adults had comfortable bedrooms, and the kids fit well in the bunk room all double beds. Large bathroom downstairs for all the kids. Plenty of room for adults in bedrooms. Laundry machines are new, worked really well. Pool was fun for the kids, loads of chairs & tables, which we loved. Kitchen has lots of dishes, silverware, although, light on cooking pots and large bowls. No cleaning products, so bring your own. A/C worked well. We liked the home a lot, well decorated, too.

Best House on SPI

I've stayed at numerous high-end houses on SPI over the years, usually on the beach. While this house isn't technically on the beach, it's so close to a very convenient beach access that it didn't matter. The house itself had a great floor plan and it is very well maintained. Beds are super comfy, as are the couches. Never saw a bug. The backyard pool area is beautiful and clean. We had horrible weather during our stay, so we were stuck inside for most of our visit. So glad this is the house were stuck in. Management was also very responsive to our needs. Small critiques - kitchen could use more silverware and the neighborhood can be noisy on weekends.
