"It was a fine stay, the downstairs bar was out of a lot of items and the elevator didn't work on the last day…but I did love the overall service. I was always greeted warmly and we were always treated kindly by staff…my main concern is that the nightly rate that was charge did not align with what I thought I was paying with Expedia (compared with the Folio I was given by the hotel…) Overall, the stay was comfortable but wasn’t overly impressed by the value. "

"This is a terrific condo -- nice layout; well equipped; within 3 minute drive of the Convention Center and a lot of great restaurants, etc. Very quiet unit even though there is a unit above. In addition, Kathryn could not have been nicer or easier to book with. We all agreed that we'd love to stay here again the next time we're in Raleigh and can highly recommend the Eclectic Urban Retreat to others!!"

"Beautiful new apartment in quiet neighborhood that is just a 5 minute Uber ride to the Raleigh Convention Center and downtown area. Comfortable and cozy. Host is local and very responsive to all communication. Would stay here again - highly recommended."
