Το σπιτι εχει περατωθεί το έτος 2017 και μολονοτι διαθετει εξαιρετικη μόνωση ολα τα υπνοδωματια και το καθιστικό διαθετουν κληματισμο. Οι επισκέπτες θα εχουν στην διαθεση τους καθε συγχρονο και ασφαλη εξοπλισμο ωστε να απολαυσουν μια ανετη και ευχαριστη διαμονη . Το Λεφοκαστρο απέχει 30 χλμ απο την πόλη του Βολου ,50 χλμ απο το αεροδρόμιο της Αγχιάλου και 8 χλμ απο την Αργαλαστη την εδρα του Δημου Νοτιου Πηλιου . Πολλα παραδοσιακα χωριά βρισκονται σε κοντινη αποσταση ,οπου καθε καλοκαιρι πολλα παραδοσιακα πανηγυρια και φεστιβαλ λαμβάνουν χώρα
