Lafkos Exclusive Estate is a 700m2 property that was built in the 70’s and has a unique grand atmosphere. It is surrounded by 18 acres of gardens with local plants/ trees, has a breath-taking view of Pelion's Pagasitiko Gulf and is known for its sublime sunset. The Estate has 5+ bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 living rooms with large fireplaces, 1 dining area inside & 1 outside, 2 drawing/study rooms, 1 large kitchen and 2 small kitchenettes. The estate can be easily reached by car and has a large parking area. Lafkos is a small picturesque village, built at the end of the 15th century. The location of the estate is 10 minute easy walk to Lafkos central square. The whole area is ideal for walks, treks, beaches, with great taverns both by the sea and on the mountain. It is an ideal location for all seasons.
