New Farm Restaurant is a fabulous place to stay. The room was very pleasant and comfortable, the evening meal and breakfast were superb, and we were well looked after by the owners and their staff.

This property provided everything we wanted for our one night stay, Jane & Crispin we’re excellent hosts, stunning property with a beautiful cottage garden, First class breakfast cooked to order, absolutely nothing to dislike about New Farm, sadly we didn’t take our evening meal in the restaurant but will definitely do so next time. Many thanks.

Perfect night away!

Very warm & friendly welcome, the room was clean and comfortable. A good shower is such an important part of a stay, and this one didn't disappoint! And the large bath.... Can't fault the place! Highly recommend the food in the restaurant too.

A great place to stay

Our stay was excellent we received a warm welcome our room was on the small side but was very well appointed with extremely comfortable mattresses and lovely bed linen. Little extra touches such as cooled water and home made biscuits were very much appreciated as was the attention to our dietary requirements. The food however was the highlight of our stay fabulous breakfasts and evening meals of the finest quality and sourced locally. The hospitality and friendliness of Crispin and Jane was second to none. Thank you my friend and I can certainly recommend New Farm

Great Place to stay already planning to return

amazing place nothing too much trouble. Restaurant food was amazing, breakfast was super so much choice had trouble deciding what to eat. Definitely will stay here again

Quiet location, Good food and friendly Staff. The room decor is slightly dated and mobile signal was poor however the hotel has WIFI to make WIFI calls so we made do.

Wonderful 2 night stay

Lovely 2 night stay in this Wonderful restaurant / accommodation in the heart of the beautiful Somerset countryside. Very accommodating owners, it was a real pleasure to meet and chat with them. Delicious breakfast full of top quality local ingredients. Will definitely make a point of visiting again.

Beautiful hotel and restaurant, the food was amazing and excellent value for money, also a perfect location for a base to visit local areas of interest. The staff were most helpful, the service was perfect, we could not wish for better.

Convenient for bowling at South Petherton

Very comfortable with helpful owners. Not recommended for anyone disabled due to the 15 steep stairs to the bedroom. Wonderful cooked breakfast.

Short Stay

I needed somewhere for a short overnight stay before I continued my journey. Room was small but clean and cosy with plenty of refreshments. It was a cold night and the property owner kept the heating on overnight which was very much appreciated. There was no place in the room to use laptop but I knew this might be the case. Breakfast was cooked to order. Property owner sent confirmation email and welcome email prior to check-in. Overall no problem, although may not be suitable for business travelers who might need / expect a desk in the room to work and need early breakfast.
