Our 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home pairs mid-century modern style with timeless Maine charm. The open-concept main floor glows with natural light and features a fully stocked chef’s kitchen — cookware for ten, a dishwasher, French press, and a curated bookshelf of Maine authors.

Blue Velvet Room: Queen bed, peaceful retreat, small closet.

Rob’s Room: Spacious queen with sit/stand desk and upper-porch access.

Primary Suite: King bed, en-suite bath, private upper-porch access — perfect for sunrise coffee or watching snow fall over the harbor.



Upper Loft



A comfy hideaway for movie nights, reading, or board games — ideal for long winter evenings.
