A newly renovated apartment in the old corncrib with a queen-sized bed and a full private bath awaits you when you drive up the road to our home in Vermont. The property has been in our family since the late 1700's. The house was built in 1840 but we suspect that the corncrib was built earlier than that.

I love greeting and chatting with guests. Please let me know if you would like to know about the history of the place, where to shop for antiques or where the nearest ski areas are.
If you prefer more privacy, or less contact, just let me know.
I enjoy eating with everyone seated around the farmhouse table or on the main house porch in nice weather but if you prefer we can bring your breakfast up to the cabin. There is a coffee maker with sugar and half and half in the apartment. Just let us know what time you would like breakfast.
I want your stay to be just they way you envision it. Breakfast is usually served at 8 am during the week and at 9 am on weekends but please ask if you prefer another time.
At times I may need to be away or leave early in the morning. In this case, breakfast will be self-serve but will still consist of a delicious breakfast with hot, homemade food, coffee or tea and seasonal fruits and juices.
