The location is great, but parking is needlessly way too far from the building which means just having to run to the car from your room is needlessly stupid. The free breakfast is good and the staff (with the exception of the late night check-in guy with the black painted fingernails) was polite and helpful. The building needs some upgrades (missing signage made finding our room pretty difficult), but the pool is very nice. Like I said, it wasn't...

"We had a wonderful stay at the Brackenridge House Bed & Breakfast. Lily was our Host and she was very accommodating and friendly. The room was lovely - furnished well and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean and the bedding was so comfy and cozy! We never moved our vehicle - everything we wanted to do was in walking distance: Riverwalk, Alamo Street. We hope to return very soon. "
