"Booked a room because of description of view from rooms. NO view available for us. Did have Riverwalk access, which was a plus. Teller’s bar had an amazing quesadilla and a Lava cake to die for. I’d go back just for that. It was comfortable and convenient. Breakfast included was typical hotel breakfast. No parking available. Had to valet for additional fee"

"Building has been through several remodelings- the lobby looked clean and staff was very nice! Price was just right. The one thing I didn’t like overpowering smell when you entered the lobby it was very strong. "

"The property is clean but showing wear and tear. The beach and coastline are BEAUTIFUL and well kept. Very safe to walk barefoot in the sand. The pool is also very nice, clean and well kept, however the pool staff was minimal and again not very attentive. Staff are pleasant but don’t really go out of their way, or above and beyond to welcome you or as k how you are enjoying your stay. Never saw a concierge there and staff not very informative about what there is to do in the area. Got more info from our Uber driver. It is ridiculous that the resort doesn’t offer a free breakfast. This is a big deal breaker for us. Will probably not stay here again because of that . Our Uber driver gave us names of properties that do have free breakfast. "

"I was there for work and a little down time. Sunday was fine but by Monday several eating options were not available nor was any pool side attendance. "

"Excellent stay in downtown San Antonio. Very walkable location especially to the Henry B Gonzalez Convention Center. Very welcoming staff. Clean room. Some outlets did not work and if you’re a light sleeper the road noise from the highway might be bothersome but overall great stay. "
