- Enjoy this brand new luxury Maine-style home designed for open concept living and sweeping west-facing views. Soaring ceiling heights allow for uninterrupted views of exclusive Seal Harbor and exceptional sunsets. A full open kitchen, suitable for a chef, sits adjacent to both the contemporary living and dining ensemble and the 700 square foot deck. Each bedroom is well-appointed with luxury mattresses, pillows and blackout shades.
Designed for one-floor living, multiple generations can enjoy this waterfront cottage which is just 100 feet from a working-front fishing wharf, the open Atlantic Ocean and numerous protective islands. Ocean Watch enjoys the exclusivity of being located on Spruce Head Island while also benefits from close proximity to the mainland, accessible by bridge/causeway. Nature is kind enough to provide cool breezes on the island in the summer.
Guests are welcome to launch a kayak from the working dock on the property provided the workers aren't pulling in or out at the exact time. All kayaks to be stored back up at the house.
The property sits on the ocean at the end of a private 1/4 mile long road. Explore the unique island nature via the walking paths the property has to offer in the coastal woods of Maine.
World-famous McLoons Lobster Shack is a mere mile away on the island - a must visit and owner-favorite. One of the largest lobster suppliers in the world, Atwoods Lobster, is also nearby.
