"The staff were amazing; especially Rohan and Billy! The room (family suite) was beautiful. Loved that we could get a later check out for a reasonable cost. Great location opposite the monorail and cable car. The restaurant was incredible and the food was delicious. The only downfall would be housekeeping taking so long to deliver things (ie. everyday we waited an hour for a sheet to arrive to cover the fold out as they kept taking it away when cleaning and not replacing it). Regardless, we would definitely stay here again!!! "

"Loved the purple goes green promo, you hang the door knob sign for at least three days, skipping housekeeping, and you get 16 sgd in vouchers that you can use in their restaurant on the 10th floor. "
