Fresh linen is provided for all beds, along with bath towels. The newly installed air-conditioning cools the entire house, and you'll find Wi-Fi, two televisions, a DVD player, and a well-equipped kitchen. The lounge room opens onto a large, covered deck, perfect for outdoor living. The house also boasts ceiling fans are in all bedrooms and living areas to keep cool for the whole summer. Additional features include a separate second shower and toilet in the laundry, a washing machine and dryer, boat parking, a single garage, a fully fenced yard, and a gas BBQ.
