Renovated home in charming South Woodstock!

The kitchen is designed to cook meals and entertain guests in an ultra-cozy barn setting. The table seats 10, with 4 barstools surrounding the oversized island for friends who want to chat with the chef. With two large-screen TVs on the first floor, take a break from the kitchen party, you can sneak in a nap in front of a movie on the large sectional.

Three bedrooms have queen-sized beds, plus we have a third-floor sleeping nest that offers four twin beds, and three full bathrooms.

Step inside, and you'll find a stunning, ultra-cozy barn-style kitchen designed for making memories. Whether you're cooking up a feast or just sipping wine while someone else does the work, the oversized island (with 4 comfy barstools) makes the perfect gathering spot. The farmhouse table seats 10, making it easy to host lively dinners or intimate brunches. And when the kitchen party winds down, two large screen TVs on the first floor mean you can curl up on a sectional for a movie or sneak away for a power nap.

With three queen bedrooms and a dreamy third-floor "sleeping nest" featuring four twin beds, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. Three full bathrooms mean no waiting in line for a morning shower, and if you need a quiet space to catch up on work, two of the bedrooms even have desks.

Outside the magic continues. Cozy up around the firepit in Adirondack chairs, watch the snow fall, or cheer for your family as they zoom down our private sledding hill. In the warmer months, explore the nearby trails, sip coffee on the porch, or take a stroll to the Ranscom Tavern or General Store.

If adventure is calling, you are just 30 minutes from Killington, Okemo, and Pico Mountains and only 10 minutes from Saskadena Six and Quechee Ski Areas. Whether you're here for skiing, leaf-peeping, or just slowing down, this home is the perfect place to make Vermont memories.

Beautifully restored country house. We were two families with 5kids between us. Very comfortable, clean and fully stocked house. Perfect for entertaining. Enough space to sit everyone for breakfast. Great fire burning stove for late night cozy wine drinking :)One minute drive from local market/store or a 5min walk. Just 10min short drive to the main center.
