We, along with our third-party SafelyStay, Inc., will screen your identity and check criminal databases. Full terms are on their website. Expect an email to complete screening within 3 days of booking. Check spam if you don't receive it and contact us with questions.

- Unexpected circumstances can arise - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing traveler's insurance.

- Guests are required to sign the 5-Star Co-Host property rental agreement, which includes the house rules.
