The owner Carol and her staff were absolutely amazing! The breakfast each morning was so good! Our room and the entire Inn are beautiful and very well kept! Perfectly located for walking to different shops to visit as well as easy driving to other places. My husband and I had a wonderful stay here! Would gladly stay there again!

Romantic weekend at Capt Farris

The B&B was very well maintained. Beautifully decorated with old world charm. Room was spotless, staff was very attentive. Breakfasts were great. Carol and Jeff were wonderful hosts and expressed genuine care to make you feel at home

This beautiful Inn is hosted by a very attentive staff. The breakfasts were supreme! Fresh baked cookies available 24/7 were so delicious! I highly recommend the Captain Farris House for a truly great and special stay.

Perfect B&B

We had a wonderful stay! The house is lovely and you can clearly tell that every detail has been carefully thought out. We loved the breakfast every morning, the delicious baked goods in the evening and the beautiful decorations throughout the house. Carol is an amazing host and she will make sure you have everything you need to have the best time - book this place - you won’t regret it!

Wonderful, comfortable stay

We stayed here 11 years ago and it still has the same charm! Carol and Jeff & team were great hosts, so welcoming and a delicious breakfast each morning. Aunt Liddys room was really spacious amd comfortable with lots of character. We loved the private entrance, own staircase and deck. More great memories from Captain Farris House!
