This modern 4 bedroom 3 full bath Cape in South Yarmouth comfortably sleeps 10 people and sits on a flat lot with plenty of space for outdoor activities on a dead-end street. It is located 1.5 miles from Smugglers Beach and don't forget to bring your kayaks and paddle boards, this house is located steps away (1/10 mile) from Lymans Lane Beach on Long Pond. This freshly painted home includes new carpets in all bedrooms and common areas, hardwood floors through the first floor, air conditioning in all bedrooms and common areas, new kitchen appliances, and new beds and mattresses. Fully equipped kitchen includes brand new gas stove, granite countertops, coffee bar, kitchen table seating for 6. This house is conveniently located close to Cape Cods' favorite spots such as beautiful Cape Cod beaches, mini golf, ice cream shops, bowling, arcade, and many restaurants and shops. We are a short drive to Hyannis to catch the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket. This property has a patio and patio set and grill. There are two driveways and plenty of parking for 8+cars. Linens and towels may be provided to guests through a third party. This is not included in the rental price. Please inquire about pricing.

Perfect cape cod home

Such a beautiful home in a great area. Very centrally located. The house was clean, and inviting. Amy was a pleasure to deal with and quickly answered any questions I had leading up to and during our stay. We truly enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back next summer! Thanks Amy!
