The Space
The bright and airy open-concept living space offers plush seating and a large smart TV. Adjacent to the living area is the dining space, which comfortably seats four. The fully equipped and recently renovated kitchen features new stainless steel appliances.

The first bedroom has a Queen size bedroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a Full size bed on the bottom and Twin on the top. The modern bathroom offers a stall shower and a washer & dryer are located in the hallway closet. Stay cool and comfortable with a split AC unit in the living room and window units in each bedroom.
The backyard features a fully enclosed outdoor shower, a grill, a picnic table for alfresco meals, and lawn games. The back patio and pergola come alive with automatic dusk-to-dawn lighting and include outdoor seating surrounding the propane fire pit.

We provide four beach chairs, coolers, a beach wagon, two paddleboards, and an umbrella. Families traveling with little ones will appreciate the inclusion of a Pack & Play and high chair, and we have a dog bowl ready for anyone traveling with a dog.

This home has Keyless Entry and includes parking space for up to 3 cars.

No parking on the lawn at any time.

No smoking of anything containing tobacco or any other substance - including e-cigarettes - inside or outside of the home.

This home allows 1 dog with a $25 per night fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.

We have a Pack 'n' Play with infant mattress as well as a foldable high chair available for those traveling with a baby. You will need to bring your own infant mattress sheet, though.
We provide clean linens, bath towels, and beach towels.

You must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian to book one of our Vacation Rental Homes. An ID must be provided upon request.

Upon arrival, you will receive a Guest Welcome Bag, which contains starter quantities of kitchen and bathroom essentials, with a few locally sourced snacks as well (subject to change based marketplace availability). At the time of checkout, simply follow our basic check-out instructions.
