Amazing!
Mike and Kim were amazing and gracious hosts. We stayed for a long weekend, Thursday-Sunday, and we had everything we needed. The house was beautiful, clean, accommodating, and in an amazing location with a breathtaking view of the beach. Upon our arrival, Mike met us to give a brief tour before running to his pickleball game. Before leaving, he made sure we had everything we needed - Wi-Fi, taxi numbers, etc. He even had some good jokes. Highly recommend

Beautiful Bermuda Villa
Just returned from a fabulous week in this wonderful villa in Bermuda. From check in to check out, the experience was flawless. The house was very well equipped and our cook extraordinaire & all around support person, Pat Chew, made our trip memorable. We were a group of 8, all adults, and had plenty of room to relax individually & socialize together . Our hosts were off island for the week but made sure we were well taken care of during our stay - even sending over a book they they thought we might like after finding out my brother had worked on the US Naval base there in the 80s! Just a heads up, arrange transportation in advance (our hosts sent info) & collect taxi driver info as you go along because it can be tricky to get taxis on spur of the moment. However, drivers are generally willing to pre-schedule trips with you. The Hitch app (like Uber) worked pretty well & Island Taxi was responsive. We were not brave enough to try a Twizzy! A great trip & wonderful house!

Stay For 6 Adults, a 5 year old and a 2 year old
We stayed a long weekend, arrive Fri and depart Mon. The house was immaculate and well stocked with all of our needs. Kim was helpful in responding to pre visit questions and her tips on island resources were on point. It is a gorgeous location and a luxurious house

Our family stayed at Kim and Mike’s property for a birthday vacation. Kim was very helpful in providing necessary information about the island to help make sure we had a spectacular time. The house and views of the water were amazing. Would recommend this house to others looking for a relaxing stay in Bermuda. Our first day of the trip there was a tropical storm which left debris in the pool and yard. Mike and Kim the following day had the gardener over to completely clean the yard/pool. Also per Kims recommendation we had the chef Pat cook our family 2 dinners. Her food was excellent and would highly recommend future guests to use Pat. Overall it was a very enjoyable time with very gracious hosts. We look forward to returning!

What a view!
My family of 6 adults and 3 infants had an absolute wonderful and memorable time at Southern Views. The property is just more outstanding as advertised with so many great reviews. The location and view of Horseshoe Bay Beach is something we will never forget. The sound of the ocean and nice breeze daily on the massive porch was a common place for us for all of our meals. We hired Pat for many of our meals and she became a part of our family with her kindness and talent for cooking. Horseshoe Bay Beach was a wonderful place for our family with infants to spend every afternoon and it is the most beautiful beach you will ever encounter with all the coves and clear waters. We sure hope to return to Southern Views again. Lastly, Kim & Mike Burns are just lovely owners and very special hosts that graciously share their treasured property for families to enjoy the best experience in beautiful Bermuda. Thank you Mike & Kim!

Bermuda Villa
Beautiful well appointed villa with a spectacular view of Horseshoe Bay! The beach and adjacent coves are spectacular but just be aware that it is nearly a mile steep walk (there is no shortcut) and the beach can get crowded with the cruise ship passengers. That being said, there are enough adjacent small beaches that more seclusion can be found. The pool and decks at the Villa are a delightful and the breathtaking view makes the pool venue a great alternative to the beach. The hosts are lovely, and very responsive. Last recommended tip, order taxis early and have a backup plan. We had multiple taxis cancel on us at the last minute when using both Hitch and Ride Bermuda, and often there are few to be found, especially over in Somerset. Knights taxi picked us up at the airport and Richalene Knight was responsive and reliable.

Beautiful views
Southern Views is a lovely home with beautiful panoramic views of Horseshoe Bay and the Atlantic beyond. The property itself is lovely and the hosts, Kim and Mike, are super helpful and accommodating in every way. The only drawback is that the Fairmont Hotel near the property is closed for renovation right now - June 2023 - and it would have been nice to have the hotel amenities at hand.

Best Time in Bermuda
We’ve been going to Bermuda for years and this was our best stay ever! Southern Views is an amazing home. Beautiful views, comfortable beds and a warm and welcoming home. Perfect for our family vacation. The hosts, Kim and Mike, are incredibly attentive. Answered our questions within minutes and are such nice Bermudians. We were three couples and stayed here for five nights - wonderful views of Horseshoe Bay! Property was immaculate - kitchen is well stocked and has everything one could possibly want. Beds were very comfortable - we spent a lot of time on the back porch enjoying the views. Kim & Mike were great - excellent communications and recommendations. We used a chef recommendation to come cook at the house one evening for us - highly recommend using her! All in all we could not have been more pleased and will stay here again on another trip back to Bermuda.

Our stay at Southside Views couldn’t have been dreamier. Set up on a hill with unbeatable, panoramic views of Horseshoe Bay, the house is fully equipped for a comfortable short or long stay. Spacious bedrooms, beautiful open plan kitchen, huge comfy lounge areas and a 10min walk to the most beautiful beach in Bermuda made our family stay truly one of a kind. Kim is kind, responsive and thoughtful throughout the whole stay, offering helpful information and tips such as a wonderful private chef for my birthday celebration. We’ll be coming back!

Superb vacation
We (two grandparents, three daughters and their spouses and five grandkids) spent a week in the two Seaview properties (1274556 and 738201 – VRBO). The houses were spectacular with a complete set of amenities. The view of Horsehoe Bay was magnificent. Kim is a terrific host; responsive and very helpful. I can’t add anything to the large number of glowing reviews. The only blemish was that the Fairmont Hotel was closed for renovations. Hence, some of the Fairmont specific services were not available. Regardless the property and Kim get a five star plus. Patricia, a chef who can come by and prepare meals for you, also gets five stars (her desserts get ten stars).

Beautiful house, amazing views, great hosts!
Our family of seven adults and one infant had a fantastic stay at Southern Views. The house is expansive and extremely comfortable with an over-sized porch featuring incredible, 180 degree views of the ocean and Horseshoe Bay Beach. Kim and her daughter Laura were awesome hosts - extremely helpful and attentive. We walked to the beach every day and had several meals at the nearby Boundary restaurant next to the Southhampton Princess golf course. This was our seventh trip to Bermuda and we certainly look forward to returning to the island and Southern Views again.

Great Experience. The Porch and Pool are Heavenly
We stayed a week in this property with 8 people...two families of four. The house is very roomy so it never felt tight at all. The veranda overlooking Horseshoe Bay is spectacular. There's a dining table, a grill, lounge chairs, and room for all. The breeze up here after a dip in the wonderfully Zen pool is amazing. The hosts were helpful, responsive, and lovely. Overall it was a wonderful experience. One note: You need to take a 5-min cab to Horseshoe Bay since the old Fairmont Hotel "shortcut" has been closed. The "Hitch" Uber-style taxi app worked great and we never had any issues getting around.

I almost don't want people to find out about Southern Views because I want to keep it a secret! Location, location, location! Super close to Horsehoe Beach where we spent alot of time riding waves and enjoying the beautiful pink sands. The house was clean and well appointed. Views were magnificent! Easy enough to get around from here. The Fairmont is empty right now so very quiet spot - you can hear the waves crashing on the beach and can catch the sunrise and moonrise too! We definitely will be back!

Absolute paradise!
Our family of 8 adults and two children stayed here to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We used Chef Pat for four of the dinners and the food was amazing! Kim gave us lists of people to contact for taxi service and we rented two twizzys to get around for errands. Kim and family responded to each question/ request almost immediately. The house is beautiful, the view is spectacular and the pool is great!

We had the best time at South Views! We could easily get to Horseshoe Beach and having the pool to come home to was just perfect. I highly recommend having Pat cook at least one meal for you - she is magic! The house was the perfect size for our group of 8. The rooms all good sized, clean and comfortable. The kitchen and the deck were the perfect hang out spots. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful home with exceptional views of Horseshoe Bay Beach. We had ten family members ranging from 17 - 83. All greatly enjoyed the property. The hosts were engaging, met with us right away, walked us through their gorgeous home and left us rum swizzlers - yum! Any question was answered right away throughout the stay. The Fairmont Southampton hotel is closed and will be for at least the next 18 months. This was the only drawback as it was difficult to get to Horseshoe Beach (which is not anyone’s fault, and the owners are working with the hotel to make access easier in the future). We chartered a boat with Bermudaful Charters and loved that experience. Blu was our favorite restaurant and Peter Brombey was outstanding for taxi service. With 10 people we would have been lost without him. Airport pick up / drop off and all around the island, highly recommend Peter. The house instructions have Peter and Blu listed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property and the owners. All 10 of use would for certain rent this home again!,

Fabulous venue for our family vacation
The location and views from the property were absolutely stunning. The Pool, Patio and Terrace areas were perfect for relaxing and taking in the views. The house was clean and very comfortable for our group of 8. The property manager KIM was a pleasure to work with and went out of her way to welcome us when we arrived. We took advantage of the recommended in-house cooking option and we recommend you do as well - Pat was awesome and allowed us to try authentic Bermudian cooking! I hope to come back soon!!

Spectacular views
My family and I had an amazing time at this beautifully decorated, comfortable, and spacious home. It was well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. The host Kim was very nice, accommodating, and extremely responsive. We spent a lot of time in the mornings on the large wrap around outside balcony. We would definitely return to this home.

Highly recommend this house. The view is something that you have to see in person. The house is stocked with all the luxury’s of home. Taxi rides are not cheap and for the same money you would spend per day getting around I would recommend getting a twizy. The owners are highly responsive and are close by if anything is needed. The porch is where you will spend most of your time. The furniture is comfortable with plenty of seating. We will definitely be back soon.

Beautiful home!! It was perfect. Very responsive owners. Only recommendation - you may want to rent a car. The Fairmount Southampton is closed, and the gate to the beach is locked. So you have to walk the long way or climb over the fence. The owners provide taxi companies - keep them handy again since the fairmount is closed there are limited taxis around.

Great spot for a family vacation!
This house was a perfect spot for our family vacation. The house is very spacious and has nice big bedrooms with ensuites. The best part is the huge covered porch which allows you to enjoy the stunning views rain or shine. And it's just a short walk down to the beach. It's very child friendly with baby gates and pool gates so my son could run around without me worrying about his safety. Kim is a great host who sent me a list of suggestions a few weeks before we arrrived, which helped us do some pretrip planning. Kim then met us there on our arrival and was very responsive to any questions. She recommended Pat to us, who cooked us many wonderful meals including the Bermudian breakfast and a Lobster dinner both which were delicious. We were a large group, so she recommended a driver Glen for airport pick ups and drop off. And then he was able to take us around the island on different days and offer some insider information as we were driving around. Overall a great experience! I couldn't recommend this house enough, everyone in our group from 2 - 74 years, had a wonderful time.

Amazing Experience
We rented Southern Views for a multigenerational family vacation. The home was spectacular. We spent hours on the porch admiring the view of Horseshoe Bay Beach. We cooked in the well stocked kitchen. And when we didn’t want to, we hired the chef who is recommended by the owner. The home was beautifully and comfortably furnished. And finally, the owner, Kim, was incredibly gracious and helpful. We will be back again.

Wonderful Trip
We traveled with 4 families (8 adults and 5 kids). There was plenty of room for us to sleep very comfortably and to spread out when personal space was needed. The kids loved the pool, basketball hoop, swingset, ping pong table and living room. The adults spent all the time when they weren't parerting on the deck enjoying the amazing views, can't imagine you could get any better on island. We got to see sunrise and most of the sunset. I know this changes throughout the year, so sunset might be visible at some point. The Harvest Moon over Horseshoe at night provided a cool backdrop for fun conversations and many games of cards. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to make large meals, which we did 2 nights of our stay. The grill was very useful. Plenty of ice trays in the freezer so we only needed to make one ice trip in 5 days. Kitchen has plenty of seasoning, we purchase a redundant supply so don't worry about bringing too much. Take stock and then go to the store if needed. The shuttle would pick us up about 25 yards from the end of the driveway on the botton of the hill. This would transport you to the beach where you could access either the hotel beach which had beach drink and food service or the with a very short walk you can access the world famous Horseshoe Bay. Horseshoe had drinks and food but you had to walk up to the beach access to get yourself. The boys got to play golf at Turtle Bay which is on the Fairmont grounds which was a really fun par three with amazing views. You can shuttle to golf course which also has cool sports bar that is kid friendly. Plenty of dining options on the grounds. Make reservations, everything gets busy and its hard to accomadate large groups. Kim the owner was super responsive if we needed anything. Our group had lots of questions, so I am sure we drove her a bit crazy. Too many families involved. All in all, this was a great trip. We hope to be back soon. Maybe just the adults next time...haha. Fantastic trip
The property is gorgeous- just as pictured in the photos. Kim was very friendly and met me when I arrived. Location is great- very close to Horseshoe Bay, spectacular view. We loved sitting out on the deck. The only minor issues were difficulty with the TV (some of us wanted to watch a football game) and the tiny ants, which were only a minor nuisance .

Southern Views is incomparable.
We just spent a magical week at "Southern Views," celebrating out 50th wedding anniversary with our extended family of 14 people. The owners, Kim and Michael Burns, could not have been more welcoming and hospitable. The house and the pool became our personal resort and home base for the week as we filled our days with different activities. The view from the wide spacious porch on the top floor is simply spectacular, overlooking Horseshoe Beach, one of the most scenic beaches in the world. Pat Chew was recommended by the owner to be our caterer, and we were thrilled with her delicious evening meals. She asked for our suggestions and willingly met our special requests. With so many family members in our party, we enjoyed the convenience and the privacy of this arrangement. Can't say enough good things about this place. View of Horseshoe Bay beach was gorgeous and we enjoyed it , morning, noon and evening from the covered porch. House is huge and beautifully decorated. Having the in-ground pool was convenient for some family members in addition to the beach nearby. You can walk up to the Fairmont hotel to catch a taxi and the hotel beach shuttle bus will pick you up and drop you off right off the house driveway so no moped rentals needed. We were here celebrating my dad's 80th birthday and we were greeted by Kimberley with birthday balloons and a bottle of rose. What a nice touch. Already planning our next trip back!

Fathers day weekend in paradise
We had a truly exceptional experience at Kim Burn's beautiful home overlooking Horseshoe Cove. The house was spectacular, very family friendly (our 3 grandsons age 9-11 loved it), and convenient to the beach, the golf course, and the Fairmont hotel. We took advantage of the offer to have Pat cook for us, which made out 3 night stay even more relaxing and trouble free. We spent evenings on the porch overlooking the ocean, watching the full moon arise while being bathed in southwestern seabreezes. This is a gem!

Southern View-Beyond Expectation
This Home was truly beyond expectation. One of our daughter-in-laws was so taken by the home and the views she started crying. We had two families staying here with five of our grandchildren ages 12 to 4. They loved it. We also felt the layout was perfect and safe them.

Southern Views ~ Vacation of a lifetime - May 18-24, 2019
Count your lucky stars if you are fortunate enough to spend time at this beautiful home. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness, the pool, the view, the location. I could go on and on. Seven adults and one infant in our group had enough room to all spread out. The porch was everyone’s favorite spot and we will always remember our family meals with the sound of the surf in the background. Located on the grounds of the Fairmont Princess, many things to do were accessible from the house. We had a delicious meal at the Ocean Club where we were doted on by staff with exceptional service. Renting electric car and scooters was easy right there at the hotel. It was easy to take the hotel shuttle back home after time at the beach. Kim, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. She made sure we had all we needed and was always available if we had any questions. Thank you Kim! We look forward to another celebration at Southern Views sometime in the future!

Best Vacation Ever
I can't say enough about the beauty and luxury of the accommodations as well as the friendliness and courtesy of Kimberly Burns. I was able to have my entire family make it for parts of the week and everyone clamored over the luxury of the home and the remarkable view. It's one vacation that none of us will ever forget!

Awesome Property
This was our 4th trip to Bermuda and this was by far the best property that we have visited. The view is absolutely incredible and the huge wrap around porch was the center of our gatherings. Every aspect of the property was so conveniently located for dining,beaching, shopping our just chilling out on the veranda. Our host/owners , Kim & Mike are delightful and so welcoming and informative. They made us feel like we were staying with family ( the good kind). Bermuda Vacation With Friends
4 Fairmont Lane is the perfect spot for a getaway vacation with friends. Although we originally rented the house for 3 couples, one couple had to cancel at the last minute. That meant we had this lovely 4 br house for just two couples to share. We had so much room we were often losing each other ... ! One couple could be lounging on the enormous deck overlook Horseshoe Bay while others might be fixing drinks in the dining room or sunning by the pool. Furnishings and amenities were superb, including the welcoming snack pack and extra bottles in the bar (we contributed our share at the end of our visit!). The house has 3 lovely bedrooms on the main level that are great for adults. The lower level bedroom would probably be best for teens, kids or for a family with babies since it is right off the rec room and is both smaller and darker than the others, Kim and husband Mike were great hosts and ambassadors for the lovely island of Bermuda. Generous and welcoming, they made us feel right at home. In addition to the spectacular views, the house is in easy 5 Minute walking distance of the Fairmont Princess with numerous restaurants, a shuttle to Horseshoe Bay, Twizzy rentals, the Railway Trail and Lighthouse so you never need to leave the resort area to satisfy all your vacation activities. No question we would come back on our next Bermuda vacation and recommend to others. ,

This property is fantastic. The description on line simply does not do it justice.
We all had a magnificent time. The house exceeded expectations and Kimberly was wonderful - she even was there to let in our groceries the day before we arrived. The house is spactious, has a sublime view, even docking stations for the new cute, fun to drive little ‘carts’. The kitchen is superbly outfitted, great washer/dryer, wonderful, copious hot water and the covered porch is where we, too, spend hours and hours each day. And knowing that Bermuda is the most densely populated ‘country’ we didn’t ever feel squeezed because of the house and the site. It is also good to be on the grounds of the Fairmont Southampton. Plus the rosemary which grows in almost no soil - or sand!- is hearty and wonderful for the cooking we did. Thank you, THANK YOU!

The property will meet all your expectations !
Southerly Views is a lovely home to spend time and relax with the family. Plenty of room to have a large group and spread out and have enough space. Hearing the surf when outside on the porch was the best. We would highly recommend Southerly Views for your vacation.

Breathtaking, luxurious, fun and a true gem on this incredible island
We rented both villas for a 6 day family vacation for a combination of 11 adults and 4 kids. Everything about this place was incredible. The views are truly stunning overlooking the iconic horseshoe bay beach and coves along the shore. The hosts, Kim and Michael are fantastic. They were very friendly and always available for any questions we had. Facilities were immaculate and very well maintained. Getting to the beach was super easy, a quick walk or shuttle ride down. We had an amazing time enjoying cocktails and hot tubs on the lower deck and hosting big family dinners on the upper covered deck both which overlook the ocean. We will be back!!!
