"This was my first time at this particular hotel. I travel often and stay in many hotels so I know a good or bad hotel when I see it. I was very impressed with the staff and the cleanliness of this hotel. I cannot think of anything they might have done to improve it. Whoever trained the staff did an excellent job because they were not only friendly, but competent and professional."

"Beautiful, clean hotel located close to all sorts of shopping and restaurants and the Memphis airport. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and a full kitchen. The indoor pool water is really really cold but you get used to it once ya eventually get in. Buffet breakfast is delicious with very friendly staff. 5⭐️"

"We needed a one night stay. We didn’t know the area. It was conveniently located near the interstate and restaurants were located in walking distance to the hotel. Property, lobby, customer service were excellent. Clean rooms and firm, new beds. Parking was good. We didn’t stay long enough to enjoy breakfast."

"My room was filthy. I called the front desk and was told by the front desk manager, she was with a customer and she’ll get back to me but never did. I had to call back to the desk. My shower had hair in it, hair was on the top of the door leading out the bathroom, the shower head was filthy and the shower floors was nasty. The air conditioner was filthy and had dirt on it. The shades didn’t open. I don’t think that room had been cleaned in months. When I finally got the manager, she told me she was booked and didn’t have another room but she could try in find me one or cancel my room, she even asked me for my personal cell number as if the hotel room phone didn’t work, I didn’t give her my number. She hung up and when she called the room back she told me to come with my things to the front desk. When I got there she told me she was loving me to another room. When I got to the new room given, it too was filthy and smell strongly like bleach, the carpet needed vacuuming, hair was in the bed and the side tables were nasty. I went back down to the front desk and told the guy that was there, they could cancel my room that I was leaving, the front desk manager came up and ask what was going on, I told her. The guy that was there was going to cancel my room but the front desk manager stopped him and said she would take care of it but charged me the room anyway. Now the manager will not face me. Give me my money back, I left, didn’t stay in those nasty rooms. I got pictures"

"The property was amazing, inside and out. I wish that I had some little ones that could have taken advantage of the game room and other amenities. We were close to so many stores and restaurants, including a outlet mall. My family and I felt safe and comfortable with our stay. The home is in an amazing location. Also communication was awesome. Both of our host were willing to go above and beyond. I just want to say thank you for the amazing experience."
