The apartment sits on the second floor with a little over 1,000/sqf, its own main private front entrance and an emergency exit on the other side of the apartment that leads to a hallway to the other side of the building.

Also, you'll have easy access to a variety of dining locations including The Lodge Bar and Grill, Southford pizza, Fortune House Chinese Restaurant, and Dunkin Donuts, just steps away. The apartment is a short drive or walk from Southford Falls State Park, which makes this a great location for those interested in hiking and enjoying nature.
