"It was by surprise that my reservation was for this location, as the hotel with the same name where i normally stay, was also in the same vacinity. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice, clean, nicely decorated, and safe this hotel was. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean, comfy bed, plenty of space in the room, free and convenient parking, easy access off and on I25, and close to restaurants and filling stations. The staff was friendly and responsive to requests. The free breakfast was very nice and appreciated by guests. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. "

"I would not recommend it. The pool was down hot tub was down. There’s no breakfast or dinner like there was supposed to be."

"Customer service is horrible. Had away over 20 minutes to check in because a front desk girl and some guy was somewhere else. The guiding worked there think she had her boyfriend there. Try to check out nobody could be found call multiple times so let him know I checked out no answer would not recommend."

"Welcoming staff. Nice room. Toilets too low. If you have bad knees, that was rough. Free parking. Free breakfast was sparse. No hard boiled eggs. No bananas. Most hotels provide these 2 staples."

"Breakfast looked good. The only problem was they dont open until 6:30. I was taking my wife to the hospital daily and had to leave at 6:30 so I was only able to grab a coffee and a piece of pastry on the run. Pay the attendant an extra 1/2 hour wage and open at 6 for those that have to be on the road early. Also I was dismayed to hear that they charge $5 a day to park. The lot was spacious and this is a suburban hotel so I question the reasoning for this. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet."

It was exceptionally clean and had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home immediately.The furnishings were very comfortable, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into making the space guest-ready. Brenda was a fantastic host—very responsive, helpful, and ensured everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.If you’re looking for a spotless, cozy place to stay with a top-notch host, I can't recommend this spot enough. We would definitely stay here again!"
