"Fantastic place to stay! Very clean, a ton of different things to do in the house and outside! Had a very small minor issue with water not working randomly, I called the host and they legitimately had someone there and it was fixed in less than 3 minutes! I would not expect cell service in the house (kind of nice, imo) but you can get some reception outside! Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I plan on booking it again next year for our annual trip!! 5 star host for sure!!!"

"We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! The property is beautiful and being right on the water made it even better. There was plenty of parking, and the little beach area was perfect for our kids—they had an absolute blast. Having a washer and dryer was a huge convenience, and the kitchen had enough pots, pans, and essentials for us to make meals during our stay.There were a few small issues, but nothing that took away from our experience. The biggest was that one of the bedrooms didn't have air conditioning, which made it a little difficult for the adults sleeping in that room during the hotter nights. Don't worry though, she said she had someone looking it the next week. We were there for the holidays so we knew it would be hard to get anyone out there asap. Other than that, everything was very manageable.What really stood out was the property owner. She was incredibly responsive, kind, and quick to help with anything we needed. When we mentioned the trash can lid wasn't working—even though it wasn't a big deal—she went out of her way to replace it with a brand-new one. That level of care and communication really meant a lot.You could get dropped off to go floating and come straight to the property which was important to us so that was a big plus! Overall, we had an amazing stay and truly appreciated how attentive the owner was. We made wonderful memories here and hope to be back again soon!"

"Excellent place to stay. Accommodation was great and so was communication from Bryce. We would 100% recommend to anyone who wants a getaway with their spouse and loves the cabin/river experience. We will definitely be back!"

"Incredible cabin, clean and felt like home. We spent our 4th of July weekend here and made awesome memories. Great swimming, and fishing dock was just a few steps from the house. Would absolutely book again."

"We had a great stay. There was 12 of us for 2 nights and did a float trip at KC’s on the current which was about 20-25 minutes away. Love that there were 7 bedrooms. Beautiful peaceful place. We used the fire pit and pickleball court. We also loved the ping pong in the house and did tournaments. Such fun! getting there We had an issue with the GPS when we got close. Need to just look for the while pillars and sign at the entrance on K."

"All rooms had tons of extra space. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and washcloths along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. . Outdoor area was nice with private access to the river. Would definitely stay here again."
