"Breakfast was not fresh and everything was cold. The airport shuttle is easy to find the location but it took more than an hour for someone to pick up. Driver was reckless and very rude."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were extremely small and felt cramped, leaving almost no space to move around or store luggage comfortably. The beds were also quite small and not very comfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. What made the stay even worse was the attitude of the staff. They didn’t seem interested in helping guests and showed very little willingness to assist when we had questions or needed something. It felt like we were bothering them just by asking for basic help. Overall, the lack of space, the small beds, and the unhelpful staff made the stay far from enjoyable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort or good service."

"The hotel pool area is large and has plenty of lounge chairs. The staff is lively and professional. The restaurants are very good. We especially loved the breakfast buffet."

"Lovely the staff, the breakfast is incredible, great view from the roof terrace. Location is exceptional too. The window (city side) was not very sound proof, the room was quite small and they could do with some showers or an area to wash off the sand from the beach before going into the hotel. Also a drinking water fountain - the jugs at reception were always empty. "

"The view of Copacabana Beach was spectacular! The view of the city and even Sugar Loaf in the distance. Roof top bar/restaurant very nice too, right next to the infinity pool. We had room 2007 on the 20th floor. Breakfast buffet excellent too! Lots of items."

"Being a fourth-time returning guest usually earns you a bit of "VIP" treatment, or at the very least, some basic recognition. To be met with a wall of "no" regarding timing and a management team that seems to be playing hide-and-seek is a major service failure. They have zero flexibility with early check in and late check out."
