"The breakfast could have been a like fresher"

"There was a scary amount of black mold growing in the shower. The mechanism to control the temperature of the shower was broken. The sink had no stopper, and visible black goop growing near the top of the drain. The room smelled musty and awful despite the air conditioning going. There was paint peeling off the walls and splattered over the floors. Overall seemed unsanitary, unclean, and was worrisome that this place remains open and available to book through hotels.com. "

"Very nice hotel in the heart of downtown "

"Overall it was a great stay! Very clean bath accommodations, bed was comfortable and very spacious room.. however, on arrival, we noticed the top bedsheet was torn and shredded on one corner. Not what one would expect in a 4.5 star rating hotel. The staff opened the door occasionally but not a big deal, but the doors are heavy and a problem for me since I have major shoulder problem."

"The property has many great amenities that is awesome and the valet parking was reasonable. The bathroom could be cleaned better many hairs around the tub. The breakfast was awesome and the staff are very professional. "
