"First, when I was checking in, they upgraded me to a better room- what a lovely surprise! The room was very nice, and the view was nice too. They made sure we understood how to access the parking area, and showed us some areas in Victoria that I was interested in on the map. If I had one small issue, it was that their pillows are very big and dense- not something I am used to- I likely should've asked if they had softer ones available. Everything else was FABULOUS!"

"The hotel is excellent but it's not really close to anything. There is a lack of nearby restaurants. Would still 100% recommend the property tho"
