"Staff was very friendly and you could tell some upgrades had been done in the main lobby area. The hallways to the rooms, the carpet looked live water waves that was coming loose. The room wasn’t the most clean but wasn’t horrible for a one night stay on a road trip. Very limited parking, majority of people had to park at a motel next door. Would stay here again but lots of other options close to this "

"We had travelled from Ontario Canada and had some truck issues. The hotel staff (namely Kyle) went above and beyond and drove us all over to get and change battery. Cannot say enough about his patience, and kindness. Hotel and hotel staff were great! Would definitely stay again. "

"Absolutely unacceptable experience at WoodSpring Suites Clarksville. I called ahead days in advance and spoke with management (Whitney, Assistant General Manager) to inform them I would be arriving late. I was clearly told that late check-in would not be an issue and that staff would be available. I arrived shortly after 3:00 AM and was completely locked out of the building. I repeatedly used the after-hours phone (dialing 500 as instructed), but the line stayed busy and never connected. Expedia was also unable to reach the property. After multiple failed attempts, I had to call the police. When they arrived, it took nearly 30 minutes to locate the night staff member, who admitted he had been asleep and could not explain why the phone system was not working. As a result, my paid room was given away and the hotel was sold out. I was left in the middle of the night with my 16-year-old daughter and no place to stay, just hours before her scheduled volleyball game at the Kentucky International Convention Center. To make matters worse, the property is now refusing to refund the stay and providing inaccurate information about my arrival time. This was not a missed reservation—this was a complete failure of staff and management. Guests should not have to involve police just to access a hotel they paid for. I strongly advise others to avoid this location if you expect reliable service, especially for late arrivals. "

"Lovely property in a pleasant neighborhood. Check-in and -out was easy. The furnishings were comfortable and well taken care of. The front porch was very inviting. I enjoyed sitting in the rocking chair in the evening. The backyard is fun, sporting a swingset, playhouse and play equipment for kids. There’s also a koi pond with small koi fish. It was fun to sit out there and watch the fish. A gregarious, friendly orange tabby cat, who is a stray, visited the last night I was there. He enjoyed the cat food I fed him that Jill, the owner, had for him should I want to feed him. The bathroom had all the usual functions including a bidet. Cushy, soft bath towels were lovely. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows of various firmnesses to choose from. The bedroom also had a ceiling fan - a bonus for those who like to sleep cooler.The kitchen sports a generously sized fridge, pots, pants, utensils and whatnot. I was able to cook breakfast everyday. It is an older kitchen and it’s clean. There is a dining room with a table that seats at least 6. The neighborhood was quiet. A few blocks away, there’s a pharmacy. In the other direction, a pizza plac, a used bookstore / coffee shop, and a local ice cream shop (the ice cream is quite good). Getting to the freeway was quick & easy, too.I’d gladly stay here again. "
