"1. Food was horrible. Ask two times the same, to heat the ribs, and the two times the kitchen do not heat the ribs. Need to evaluate the kitchen supervision. 2. Need to use vaccum cleaner in the rooms, there are Lot of dust in the desk and sofa."

"I loved the hotel. Centrally located. Very clean. The staff were amazing, especially the porters. I am planning to return and have recommended this hotel to my friends. The breakfast is fantastic. Every aspect of the hotels operation is structured. Loved how well everything flowed. I was actually sad to leave. I didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop but did go there and it was beautiful. It was crowded and the staff kept the line for non hotel guests moving. We didn’t have to stand in line since we were hotel guests, great perk. Would love to go when the pool is open, we didn’t get to enjoy that either."

"This is a new property in very good condition. Breakfast was very nice. Rooms were clean. There is nothing to do within a walkable difference. The primary reason we booked this property was for the convenience of the airport shuttle. This amenity was extremely disappointing. It is a frustrating hassle to book, with limited space and very specific and limited time options."

"The room was clean. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was very excellent. The issues….firstly, the first room we were in was next to a room under construction. The banging and drilling and hammering began early and ended late. We were woken up by the noise and disturbed by the noise in the afternoon. We asked just to be moved to a room of the same class as we were in but without noise. The 2nd room was so small we were tripping over each other. It was probably 1/2 the size of the previous one. The bathroom was so tiny that 2 people could not be in it at the same time. The room was clean. The amenities were fine BUT it was definately no where near the value of the other room. We were so tired that we found a way to make ourselves comfortable as we were not moving again! We also want to note…the walls were so thin we heard the water running, the hair dryer blowing, and the conversations of the room next to us. As far as location…you can’t ask for better. As far as staff etc…..they were truly professional. Other than the room, our stay was great."
