"I had an absolutely wonderful day in Chinchon at the parador. It is beautifully situated right at the entrance to the old town and truly is a memorable place to stay. The rooms were spotless and the hotel is very quiet and well designed with a wonderful restaurant where I enjoyed a delicious meal. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s just fabulous."

"At checkin they pushed me to pay a bit extra for an upgraded room, which I did since that included parking (otherwise you have to buy that separately). Room was spacious even by American standards; by European standards it was massive. It is directly across from the royal palace and my room had a fantastic view from the balcony. I did, however, have trouble finding the hotel as I was driving around on the wrong side of the palace. My upgraded room had vaulted ceiling, small safe, mini bar,...

"There were issues not wotth mentioning becasue the staff made everyrhing reasonable to rectify or solve them with haste. Excellent breakfast buffet. If you rent a car, this hotel is perfectly situated in Madrid outskirts, but close enough to comute easely. Aranjuez is a charming town with a suprisingly active night life. Highly recommend "
