"Loud arguments outside my room keep me awake late into the night. I didn’t fit in the shower. but the worst thing that happened was when I checked out. I greeted the person at the desk. She scowled and silently pointed at a computer, where there was a voice saying “are you ready to check out?” It was a voice from somewhere else trying to check me out, even though a human being was standing right there. I hated it. It felt very unwelcoming."

"Very friendly staff. They upgraded my room and I didn't even ask for an upgrade. It's in a great location for being able to walk to restaurants. Go to the Irish Pub six blocks from the hotel. They serve the best shepherds pie,"

"Staff at Front Desk were great & helped familiarize us with places to eat in walking distance. We were happy the hotel was pet friendly. They even had an Easter Egg Hunt set up with prizes for kids."

"Some suites have a view. The regular hotel rooms mostly have a view of the people where you can hear everything or the road. The lobby area is really cute and vibey. The rooms are outdated though. It feels like they’re trying to use the “retro” vibe to mask the fact that some stuff is just old. Old showers, shower head is low if you’re tall, doors outdated, etc. Overall, it’s fine but I’ll probably stay somewhere else in the future. "

"I stay at the Rogue Regency whenever I fly out of Medford. They have a park and fly option, a shuttle to the airport and a nice restaurant. It’s a really great hotel!"

"Parking is easy, great places to walk dogs right out of the door, rooms are spacious, area is quiet."

"The shuttle driver that took me to the airport on Friday morning, 4/3, was very new to driving and extremely cautious. The trip to the airport was okay, but took a long time to get there. The same trip with traffic would have been a little uncomfortable, but I'm sure he will get better with more practice."
