"The staff year were extremely helpful and friendly. The front desk personnel noticed that I walk with a cane and asked if I needed easy access to my room. They then switched my room to one that had easy elevator access. The property is a nice hotel that has been upgraded in some ways, but not in others. For example, the TVs are very small, although that does not affect me at all. The pool and hot tub area were neat and clean and well maintained. And the included continental breakfast buffet was very good."

"This hotel, and its sister property, The Lodge, are one of the great midweek, shoulder season travel offerings of southern Oregon. The hotel’s witches just at the edge of the Rogue River and from the bed on has a view (and sound) of wide running water, lush trees and ducks and geese foraging at the water line. Beautiful! Well appointed, updated room with large fridge, coffee, microwave. Will stay here again on our West Coast travels! "
