Cottage on Ridge- Short & Extended Stays

This 1930s cottage is the perfect spot for your stay in downtown Southern Pines. It is located on a quiet street, yet close enough to walk to all the shops/restaurants downtown or the Weymouth Center for the Humanities. This unit is downstairs with 1 bedroom (Queen) & 1 bath, a full kitchen, a dedicated work space, and shared laundry room in the back of the home. It has a private entrance from the front door. Come stay with us for a short stay or extended stay!

The wi-fi login information will be sent via the app and is also posted in the unit.

We do not have cable in the unit. The unit has a smart TV with access to apps via Wi-Fi such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime.

**Please note, there is a $200 hold as a security deposit when booking is made from our CMDI LLC. This will not be charged and will be released a few days after checkout as long as no damages occur. Thank you!**

Short stay

We were only there for a night, but it was perfect for what we needed. It made us feel so at home and comfortable for such a short stay. It was everything it said it was, and was worth everything I paid. Would stay there again, easily!

Had a wonderful weekend at the cottage while in southern pines for a friends wedding. The location is awesome, house was perfect for our needs and the property managers were very responsive when we had questions!

Good Location

We came to Southern Pines for a family wedding. This location was perfect for us. The cottage is close to food and drink. We walked daily to the nearby Weymouth Center which has beautiful walking trails. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything we needed. We plan to return when visiting family again in the future.

The cottage was perfect for us. We’re an older couple and this place was so easy to stay in. Clean, comfortable, perfect location, 15 minute walk to downtown on Broad. Meghan and her husband were excellent at communicating with us.

Convenient and comfortable Southern Pines

Well appointed. Clean, comfortable bed. WiFi and TV worked well. There might be lodgers overhead in loft, but we were not bothered as everyone followed the 10 pm quiet hours. Great location, walkable to town. Great value.

Perfect space

This place is so cute! The only thing I wish it had was a full length mirror. That’s such a minor thing. This place was clean and well decorated. The bed was so comfortable and the A/c works great! It’s walking distance from downtown and all the shops and restaurants. The neighbor is beautiful. I’d definitely stay here again.

Reserving the Cottage was easy. There were good directions regarding checking in and pass codes. The cottage is older but was adequate. There was a nice little kitchen, but we did not use it. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure and had adequate number of towels. Bed linen was clean, and the bed was adequate. The cottage is located in a nice quite neighborhood.
