Beautiful 1920's Craftsman-Downtown Southern Pines

8/10 Good
"The upstairs was finished very nice and spacious. The kitchen was impressive with up to date appliances. The handrail on the stairway needs securing better. The yard was overgrown especially in the rear. While not required, I recommend safety bars to help get in and out of tub. The second bedroom with the trundle bed only has a lamp for light and a portion of material from the ceiling had dropped onto the trundle bed. Some remedial attention to the above would make rhis a very attractive offering in view or its close proximity to downtown Southern Pines."
