"This property is right next to the Gondola to the top of the mountain where there Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park is. Combine that with fun pool area with fast tube slide and hot tub, expect the place to be crawling with kids! :-)"

"This location sits right after going through Big Thompson area and before entering the main area of the beautiful Estes Park. The staff was excellent. The room was very comfortable. We took advantage of the nice pool, firepit and arcade room. A big shout out to Garrett in maintenance who came to my rescue. After a nice stay at your hotel and at the park, I walked out to my vehicle that wouldn't start. He stopped what he was doing to come and help me and thank God after the battery jump I was able to return home today with no other problems. Thank you Garrett for the help. I will bring my family back sometime in the future as Estes is one of my favorite places in CO."

"Front desk staff checking in very polite and attentive, gave several options for dining as we arrived late we missed the fine dining but enjoyed the food at the fireside, then went up to the pool and enjoyed the hot tubs both inside and outside very nice. One complaint was in the room not sure if it was just the sheets or towels as well but didn’t seem to be cleaned very well as the bed had a little stain in the sheets but then there was also quite a bit of hair from a previous guest, which is never a pleasant experience, we stayed in the suite which to my surprise was actually really big!! I did not expect the size of it as it was very spacious but the downside is it did not get cold and stayed really hot, not sure if the a/c even really worked. Then right at 1030 housekeeping was banging on the door and when I answered she responded saying it was time to checkout. Overall enjoyed the stay with just some interruptions.."
