"Stunning unobstructed view of Matterhorn. Both the owner and the property manager were so generous over the duration of our stay when we had two day power outage in April 2025 due to record breaking snow storm. Very clean room and neatly kept laundry room. Easy access to Glacier Paradise Gondola.My wife and daughters really enjoyed the area. Highly recommend it to family with preteen/teen age kids. Walk to bus stop was a bit tiring, but good warm up in the morning."

Als Familie mit 5 Erwachsenen im Alter von 22 - 90 Jahren genossen wir eine Woche Skiferien, gemeinsames Kochen und Essen begleitet von den Weinen aus Jonathans Weinkeller und das gemütliche Zusammensein. "We were out in a nice sized room when we checked in. The staff was very knowledgeable about the area and the transportation needed to get to all activities. The breakfast was quite nice and the restaurant was beautiful. Overall a fantastic 2 night stay as we made our way around the southern alps region."

"The Spa and pool are fantastic. The staff and service are excellent. The classic rooms are well maintained and very enjoyable and comfortable. The breakfast is very good, though the hot food like eggs needs to be refreshed more often. Perhaps putting out lesser and more often. The receiption staff and bar staff were excellent and took time with every customer. The hotel really cares for it's customers."

"Check in is at 1530. I arrived at 1515 and was made to wait despite the room being available and the chubby gentleman at the front desk just talking with the young lady he was mentoring in the few minutes until 1530. In fact, everything about this hotel was excellent except the interactions with the chubby gentleman from reception. That fellow is a liability to the property. The other staff are friendly, engaging and helpful."
