"- Contact with the Altiservices team was great (very nice People, always helpfull - no problem with the deposite (got it back after we leaved) - we had little porblemes to find the place (even with the instructions). With the google link we arrived one street above the chalet street - i dont know if this is improvable but it was we so nice to have a real steam sauna :) - but overall: we had a great time! "Unser Aufenthalt war super und wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet und das Chalet liegt sehr gut. Etwas abseits von Ort aber mit direkter Haltestelle des Skibuses. Das einzige was etwas doof war ist dass ein Zimmer sehr klein ist, auch das Doppelbett. Ideal für Kinder suboptimal für Erwachsene. Alles in allem empfehlen wir die Unterkunft sehr!"

"Great property and fantastic views. Easy key collection procedure. We had a lovely relaxing week here aside from a few unfortunate set backs. 1- the fridge was faulty when we arrived which was worrying as we had meat and dairy to store. Staff kindly brought a small one for us to use the next day. 2- we couldn’t use the barbecue until we waited for cleaning as it hadn’t been cleaned after previous guests. "La qualité des services de l'agence. Le chalet est magnifique, la distribution des chambres, la configuration du chalet, le sauna, la terrasse avec brasero, le balcon, la vue. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La salle à manger et le salon sont sont spacieux. Nous étions 7 adultes tout est aménagé pour l'intimité de chacun. Ce week-end prolongé en famille fut superbe ! "The Chalet is absolutely amazing, we were 11 people and really enjoyed every corner of the chalet. Nendaz has no sun in winter! Better not to write “very sunny area”, we just had 1 hour sun per day in the afternoon. Some of the things in the house were broken, I could send details to the agency. But we had a great vacation!"

"Le cadre est superbe. La cuisine est bien équipée bien qu'on ait trouvé de la vaisselle sale et la cafetière avec son filtre à café non vidé. La maison est spacieuse et agréable. L'équipement ne manque pas. Laisser de quoi nettoyer les sols à disposition surtout quand on nous impose de payer le nettoyage qui est bien défaillant quand on retrouve des toiles d'araignée au plafond, une vaisselle sale... La porte des toilettes/SDB ne peut être fermée au RDC.... Pourquoi imposer aussi le linge...
