"Hotel is great, perfect view and convenient location. The garden walk inside hotel is also very comfortable with many photo spot. I also want thank Ms Truc who helped me to arrange the shipping of one important short suit lost in room when checked out, my wife was very happy because she got this item back. I have no Vietnam No., so I can not pay when I receive the shipment. Ms Truc kindly paid it before shipping so I finally receive this item in Hotel Grand Saigon. I truly appreciate. "Stayed here for 2 nights with wife and 2 kids. Room was perfect 1 double bedroom one twin room 2 bathrooms small kitchenette. Location is great close walking to the main sights Ben Thanh, Opera House, Notre Dame, Reunification Palace. Lots of restaurants nearby and is attached to main shopping centre in Saigon. Comfortable stay, good value, very pleased."
