Property was very clean, staff was very pleasant and helpful. If parking, come into the garage from Fernwood St. Otherwise you'll go around a couple of blocks as there is no drop off or street parking on Orange Ave. The hotel is a wonderful boutique place with an excellent location to Orlando Regional Medical Center and South Downtown. Easy access to I-4. Drinks and refreshments are located at the front desk.

The rooms were nice but was lots of dust so could be cleaner. The property common areas were not well maintained or cleaned. The room had no coffee maker so I asked at front desk they said they would send one up. Waited an entire day and had to ask again. Finally they sent up one. Nice business model and was thinking of buying a unit but I think it needs to be managed better. Building is only 7 years old but looks 20. I think it should be rated 3 star resort.
