"Upon our arrival we were given a numerical code to get into the rental. It did not work! We tried a number of times as to no avail! There was a couple that told us this has happened to them and showed us a back entrance jacked open by a brick! That’s how we got in! Secondly , we had a difficult time with the a/c.
