This serene bright house, built in 2019, is a stroll to pristine McCabe’s Sound beach and a bike ride to Southold’s lovely village and bays. The clean modern home, on one-plus natural acre, has an outdoor pebbled patio and shower. The first floor opens to a quiet sitting room, a sunny eat-in-kitchen and a cozy TV den, plus a half-bathroom. Upstairs are three carpeted bedrooms and two full bathrooms plus a private office. Find the perfect escape here and enjoy all that the beautiful North Fork has to offer. Great house and location
I highly recommend this house. It is lovely with lots of windows and high ceilings. It is new, spacious and exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed. The location is great with the beach a quick 3 minute bike ride away. Alex is a great host, very responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Lovely home in the North Fork
Property is fairly new and well maintained. Located on a quiet street. Fair bit of outdoor space to relax or grill. Short walk to McCabes beach. Host was very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.
